OUR APPROACH

Where Every Part Has a Place, and Change Becomes Living Truth

The Journey

1

Parts Work with Purpose

Understanding and healing the parts of you that carry pain, protection, or patterns that no longer serve.

2

Integration

We don’t stop at insight. We help you live, embody, and sustain the change you long for.

3

Self-Led Living

We cultivate connection to your core Self—calm, curious, compassionate—as the guide for your healing and growth.

1. Parts Work with Purpose

We all have parts (inner voices, reactions, patterns) that developed to protect us or help us cope. Some of these parts carry pain or show up in ways that create conflict, anxiety, or disconnection. In this work, we meet these parts with curiosity and care. We don’t try to eliminate them. We listen, understand, and support them in softening, healing, and finding new roles. This is the heart of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

2. Integration as Transformation

Insight alone isn’t enough. Whether you're coming out of a powerful inner experience, navigating a life transition, or trying to break old patterns, integration is what allows change to take root. Together, we translate your internal shifts into grounded, embodied action, so healing becomes sustainable, and your growth shows up in your everyday life, relationships, and choices.

3. Self-Led Living

At the center of IFS is the Self, your natural capacity for calm, clarity, compassion, and courage. When you lead from Self, you're not ruled by your reactivity or past wounds. We help you strengthen this connection so you can navigate life from a place of inner alignment, resilience, and authenticity. Healing becomes less about fixing yourself—and more about becoming fully yourself.

 FAQs

  • In our work together, I meet you where you are, fully present in the moment. Unlike medical professionals or mental health professionals, I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. While this process can be deeply transformative and life-enhancing, I don’t approach it through the lens of pathology or unresolved psychological issues. Instead, I see each person as inherently whole, with an innate capacity for growth. My focus is on you as a whole, thriving individual in the here and now, guiding a process that may illuminate new possibilities for your future. Some clients also work with mental health professionals, finding that our sessions provide complementary support in their personal evolution.

  • Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—everyone’s journey is unique, and there’s no set formula for how long or how often sessions should be. I typically meet with individuals and couples weekly. Over time, we’ll sense when it feels right to transition to less frequent sessions or take a pause. While the length of our work together varies, most clients engage in this process for at least six months to a year, sometimes longer, as meaningful transformation unfolds at its own pace.

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy without being charged. Payment is requested at the time our session is booked, due within 24 hours of session time.

  • Yes. Packages offer a structured container over several weeks or months, ideal for sustained support and integration. Intensives are immersive, deep-dive sessions designed to accelerate insight and transformation in a shorter time frame, often in full-day format.

  • Yes. Partner intensives provide a dedicated space for deep, focused relational work. This extended sessions support you in slowing down reactive patterns, hearing each other with more clarity and reconnect from a place of presence and compassion.
