Osho Active Meditations*

 Active meditation is the process of witnessing while being engage in activity.  For some people sitting meditation is too difficult.  In the West, we are not use to sit and be silent, our mind and bodies are used to talk , think and move all the time.  

Cathartic experiences, intense movement or breathing, can help to release blockages in the body/mind system that limit our ability to be inside and feel inner peace.  Osho active meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and watch our patterns in a different way. 

In this active meditations participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the difference between the mind and the consciousness.
  • Get glimpses of higher levels of awareness.
  • Be connected with themselves during daily normal activities.

Dealing with Challenging People

Dealing with challenging people can affect us in many ways: Our work, our relationships, our health, our ability to get what we want from life.  We could learn how to deal with them in healthy ways from compassion and love but also with healthy boundaries and assertiveness.

In this active  workshop participants will be able to:

  • Understand challenging behaviors
  • Become aware of the personal triggers for difficult people
  • Learn skills to set healthy boundaries with love and compassion.

Body/Mind/Spirit Retreat

This is a weekend retreat design for people that would like to experience meditation in a camp setting. with an emotional and psychological theme to work.  Includes yoga and massage sessions.
